Absolutely. For the sake of national security, the abandonment of our industrial base relegated to foreign soil must never again be allowed. The loss of so many of our citizens jobs was criminal. It is one of the major reasons for the loss of citizen trust in the government and economic system for allowing it to happen out of pure greed. Economic security in the form of reliable jobs and fair, livable wages, improves the quality of life, builds confidence, and national pride.
